PHPnow 是什么?
Win32 下绿色免费的 Apache + PHP + MySQL 环境套件包。简易安装、快速搭建支持虚拟主机的 PHP 环境，可以安装 Discuz!, WordPress 等程序。附带 PnCp.cmd 控制面板，帮助你快速配置你的套件，使用非常方便。

这次是第一次在vista下面安装phpnow，之前在XP下安装PHPnow的时候都很顺利，没有遇到过问题。安装够后面，服务无法启动，程序也提示可能权限不足，一般vista、windows 7用户权限较小，所以从提权方面去搞定。

答：请以管理员身份运行 命令提示符，用 cd 等命令进入 PHPnow 所在目录，输入 Setup 或 Init 命令进行安装。

步骤如下：

• 开始-搜索“cmd”，右键选择“以管理员身份运行”
• 或者C:\Windows\System32下找到cmd.exe,右键选择“以管理员身份运行”
• 使用cd命令展开你的phpnow安装目录
• 运行setup.cmd文件即可
• 命令按下图敲出
